The Lakers Strong First Half Wasn't Enough to Keep the Jaguars Down

Danville, Illinois- Lake Land College Lakers traveled to Danville Illinois to take on the Jaguars of Danville Area CC.

In the first half Lakers were dominate shooting 56% making 4-9 from the 3 point line and a perfect 6-6 on free throws. However the difference in tonight's game was the second half. Lakers where outscores 38-24 by the Jaguars in the second half ending the game, Jaguars 74, Lakers 70.

Leading the Lakers tonight was SO. Guard Tyler Chapman with 17 points and 9 rebounds. Followed by 15 points, 4 rebounds and 2 assist from SO. Guard Aaron Davis. Fr. forward Mason Larkin was 3-7 from the 3 point line helping the offense with 11 total points on the night. 

 

Lakers are back in action at home Monday night Vs Millikin Big Blue JV at 6:00pm
